Earlybird registration is now open. All anaesthesia trainees are invited to register.
New Zealand Society of Anaesthetists trainee members are also eligible for the special member rate. If you’re not an NZSA member, Trainee membership is free for all practising Anaesthetists in New Zealand working towards a postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesia. Apply to join the NZSA here and access the membership registration rate.
Trainee members of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists are also invited to register under the members' rate.

Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify victoria@conference.nz
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less an administration charge of $150.00 (incl. GST) will be made providing notification is received by 27 October 2026. Registration cancellations received after 27 October 2026 will be at the discretion of the Meeting organisers and will be processed after the Meeting.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Meeting is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Accommodation cancellations may incur a fee, this is charged at the Hotels' discretion. Cancellations or amendments within 30 days of the intended arrival date may incur charges for all nights' reserved. We strongly suggest you take your own travel and relevant insurance.
Conditions
Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed.
NZSA, Conference Innovators (CI) and Millennium Hotel Queenstown reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither NZSA, CI nor Millennium Hotel Queenstown covers individuals against the cancellations
of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Meeting or for theft or damage to belongings.
Liability
NZSA, CI and Millennium Hotel Queenstown will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates during the Meeting. Nor will NZSA, CI and Millennium Hotel Queenstown take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Meeting or associated activities.
Payment
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date or prior to the meeting (27 November 2026), whichever is first. Unpaid registrations by the meeting date may be cancelled.
Photography
While attending the meeting you may be photographed. By registering for the meeting, you agree to these photographs being used by NZSA for promotional purposes.
